Camilo Salazar Ortiz, director of the RevFot PTEC Program, presented at the Ruta 2 space of Chile Carbon Forum 2026. Ruta 2 brought together six Technology Programs (PTEC) funded by Corfo to show their progress to partners and sponsors of the event.
RevFot develops technologies to recover, transform and bring solar panels and their components back into the economy. Its goal is to recover up to 95% of the components of the panels and 90% of LFP batteries.
In doing so it aims to reduce waste sent to final disposal, replace virgin raw materials and cut emissions across the value chain.
